Yes, the emperor has no clothes. Great start, but the video cuts out after a few minutes, just as we settle in. I'll look for the full program.

I think 'Art' has a broad enough spectrum to encompass both beauty and the legacy of Duchamp. But 'why beauty matters' extends far beyond art, as it is found in nature, science, the mind, the human experience etc etc. I hope he delves into that as well.

Yes, I knew there would be more to the program. I finally took the time to watch fully, and was fascinated and enthralled. It is a lovely video, but I would dearly love to find a transcript, to be able to linger over the words and contemplate the essence of some of Scruton's passages.
